FIELD: veterinary science, microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with creating biological models and refers to infecting guinea pigs at studying biological properties of tuberculosis mycobacteria (TM). Before abdominal injection TM should be suspended in 5 ml cattle blood stabilized with 3%-sodium citrate solution. Due to unfinished character of tuberculosis mycobacterial phagocytosis the innovation provides accelerated pronounced generalized tubercular process and shortened terms of bio-assay procedure.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
