FIELD: power transformation equipment engineering, possible use during construction of converters and inverters.
SUBSTANCE: transformer contains transforming unit with two primary windings, connected serially. Point of connection of first end of these windings is connected to positive contact of power supply. Second ends of windings through controllable key elements, bridged by reverse current diodes, are connected to negative contact of power supply. In parallel to each primary winding of transforming unit, protective circuits are connected consisting of serially connected capacitor and diode in such a way, that cathodes of diodes are connected to positive contact of power supply. Transformer has two discharge circuits, composed of serially interconnected discharge winding of transformer and discharge diode. Anodes of discharge diodes are connected to negative contact of power supply, their cathodes are connected to one differently named ends of discharge windings. Other differently named ends of these windings are connected to common points of accumulating capacitor and protective diode of corresponding protective circuits. Secondary windings of transformer are connected to corresponding loads of alternating and constant currents.
EFFECT: simplification and increased efficiency.
