FIELD: electric engineering, possible use for engineering autonomous electric energy generation systems.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the method, at output of static frequency transformer 3, connected to generator of alternating current 1 of unstable frequency, voltage of alternating current of stable frequency is generated in accordance with coefficient of modulation depth of its controlling signal. By means of sensors of current and voltage 5,6 and comparison units 8,9, output voltage and output current of static frequency transformer 3 are constantly measured. When output voltage reaches minimally acceptable level with simultaneous reduction of output current by means of unit for setting control signal 10 control signal modulation coefficient is reduced to value less than one and alternating current generator 1 is disabled after a minimal time delay. When output voltage reaches minimally acceptable level with simultaneous growth of output current, control signal modulation coefficient is increased to value above one and static frequency transformer is disabled after maximum time delay.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation of energy provision system by increasing efficiency of protection from energy overloads.
