FIELD: electric engineering, possible use for designing turbo-generator plants.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a turbine, mechanically connected to electrical machine, operating during launch of the turbine in motor mode, and after launch of the turbine - in generator mode. During launch of the turbine, first three-phased inverter, connected to external power supply, operates in rectification mode, and second three-phased inverter - in frequency transformation mode. After launch of the turbine, first inverter enters the mode for generating energy of given frequency, while second inverter enters rectification mode. Switching of inverters from launch mode to generation mode is realized by technological controller. By means of a system for compensation of reactive component of output voltage of electric machine, correction of its power coefficient is organized. Due to connection of zero clamp of load to common point of serially connected capacitors, connected to constant current circuits of first and second inverters, frequency and phase synchronization of output voltages of external signal emitter and first inverter is made possible.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved mass-dimensional chars, increased quality of output voltage.
