ALTERNATING CURRENT GENERATION SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC H02P9/00

Abstract RU 2527056 C2

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric engineering and may be used at design of alternating current sources for onboard systems of flight vehicles. The device comprises a magnetoelectric generator, which input pins of the phases are interconnected through a de-excitation unit with normally open or normally close contacts. Output pins are coupled through the feeder to input pins of a valve inverter. Voltage dividers are connected to output pins of the generator phases and input pins of the valve inverter. Loss of any generator phase is fixed by a phase loss sensor against voltage value between the generator zero point and midpoints of resistors of the voltage dividers. Short-circuiting of the generator phase is fixed by the respective sensor against voltage value between zero points of the generator phases and voltage divider. Phase loss of the feeder is identified by a sensor. Short-circuiting of the feeder phases is identified by the sensor against voltage between zero points of the respective dividers.

EFFECT: improvement of operational functionality with simultaneous simplification of the protection circuit.
