FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, technique for forming of shaped food products.
SUBSTANCE: adjustable form has at least one receptacle with first and second peripheral walls, first of said walls defining first forming chamber with first open end and second end remote from first end. Second peripheral wall defines second forming chamber with first closed end and second end remote from first end. Walls are joined to one another in zone adjoining second ends of chambers so as to provide rotation of second forming chamber at junction zone for obtaining two variously configured forms by selectively moving second forming chamber between first position, wherein said second forming chamber is axially aligned with first forming chamber and extends from the latter for defining continuous volume, and second position, wherein second forming chamber is turned so that it is within first forming chamber.
EFFECT: provision for producing shaped food products of more than one configuration without necessity for using large number of forms.
