FIELD: chemical industry; galvanoplastics.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the galvanoplastics and may be used for production by electroforming of the tubular elements used in the connective connectors for bonding of the optical fibers or similar elements. The method includes formation of the overflowing layer of the electrolyte, which overflows an electrolytic bath, and the electroforming, which is realized in the indicated overflowing layer. At that the electroformed detail being formed on the extremity of the indicated overflowing layer form under control over the speed of the electrolyte flowing on the extremity of the indicated overflowing layer. The device contains: an electrolytic bath having a hole in its upper part; the tool of the electrolyte feeding into the electrolytic bath for electroforming; the overflowing layer formed over the hole of the indicated electrolytic bath by electrolyte overflowing from the indicated hole; the positioning tool for positioning of the element- model for the electroforming in the overflowing layer; the first electrode connected with the indicated element-model; the second electrode located in the indicated electrolytic bath; and the electric power supply for feeding the voltage potential to the first and the second the indicated electrodes; the electroforming tool for forming of the electroforming element formed around the periphery of the element-model on the extremity of the indicated overflowing layer at the control of the speed of the electrolyte overflowing on the extremity of the indicated overflowing layer. The technical result of the invention is the increased accuracy of the electroforming, decreased formation of impurities, more rational filtration of the electrolyte.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased accuracy of the electroforming, decreased formation of impurities, more rational filtration of the electrolyte.
