FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to fulfill the tamponade with a bandage with oxygenated perfluoran in a frozen form. The bandage should be applied till carrying out primary surgical treatment of a wound, for 4 d but not longer 2-4 times daily. The innovation enables to improve microcirculation in wound area, decrease the risk of suppuration, postpone if necessary the terms of primary surgical treatment of the wound.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
