FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: surgical treatment of wound is performed. Then preparations complex is infused through direct endolymphatic introductions in accordance with the established procedure. Heparin first dosage 5000 Units is followed with introduction of oxygenic Perftoran in dose 10-30 ml per 1 kg of damaged limb weight. Thereafter Claforanum 1.0 g, Gentamycin 80 mg, Actoveginum 160 mg, Cycloferon 250 mg and heparin dosed 2500 Units are introduced. Perftoran therapy lasts for not less than four days. Preparations complex infusion is followed with hyperbaric oxygenation at 1.8 atm.
EFFECT: provided oxygen delivery to deep layers of wound and elimination of wound regional hypoxia.
