FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to plastic surgery, and can be used at carrying out of a dermal plasty. The method includes administration of oxygenated perftoran within three days after a plasty intradermally in a dermal flap in a dose of 0.1 ml on 1 cm2 of the area and under a dermal flap in the form of an irrigation of a wound no more than 0.3 ml on 1 cm2 of the wound area one time in day.
EFFECT: given method allows to lower frequency of development of suppurative-necrotic complications at the expense of elimination of hypoxia of tissues.
