FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely plastic surgery, and may be used in skin grafting. For this purpose, oxygenated Perftoran is introduced 15 minutes before skin taking. At first, the preparation is introduced intracutaneously in dose 0.1 ml per 1 cm2 of skin graft area. And then it is followed by the subcutaneous introduction in 0.3 ml per 1 cm2 of donor graft area. Besides, oxygenated Perftoran is introduced for three days following skin grafting. The preparation is introduced in the skin graft in dose 0.1 ml per 1 cm2 of the area and under the skin graft in the form of irrigations for max. 0.3 ml per 1 cm2 of the wound area once a day.
EFFECT: method provides considerable reduction of possible necrotic suppurative complications ensured by eliminated tissue hypoxia, oxygen saturation of affected tissues and grafted skin of the donor wound.
