SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the design of the component of the packet head (of the mass-exchange plate) for the mass-exchange apparatuses and may be used in the different branches of industry to contact and stirring of the phases in the extracting pulsation columns of the great unit capacity and, in particular, in the columns used for purification of the phosphoric acid by the tributylphosphate by the method of the liquid-liquid extraction. The mass-exchange plate includes the horizontal base with the holes, the guiding vanes of which are bent off on the both sides of the base towards one another, and the coaxial reinforcing rings. The horizontal base represents the welded design consisting of the separate parts. The central part is made in the form of the circular disk with the diameter equal to 0.2-0.6 of the total diameter of the base, and is supplied with the radial partitions dividing this part into four equal sectors and fixed between the coaxial reinforcing ribs. The peripheral parts are made in the form of rings with the mounted on them radial partitions fixed to the surface of the horizontal base and to the coaxial reinforcing rings and dividing the annular part into several sectors. The altitude of the radial and coaxial partitions makes 0.5-0.6 of the hole length. The number of the annular parts compounds 1-4. The number of the sectors on the annular parts of the plate makes 6-12 depending on the area of the plate. The invention will allow to ensure the high efficiency of the mass exchange, and also the mechanical strength of the design.
