FIELD: chemical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: extraction tower comprise nozzle member provided with stacks of mass exchange plates and pulsating chamber. The nozzle is made of alternating stacks of two types that are assembled from the mass exchange plates with different flowing section equal to 20-35% and 40-45%. The number of the plates in a stack is 3-6. The pulsating chamber is made of a pipeline whose end is directed to the bottom of the bottom settling chamber the area of section of which is equal to 0.12-0.35 of the area of the nozzle member. The height of the pulsating chamber is 0.25-0.5 of the height of the tower.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and decreased compressed air consumption.
