FIELD: packing means, particularly metering devices for tooth-paste distribution.

SUBSTANCE: metering device comprises tubular body and piston gradually sliding inside the body towards outlet nozzle for tooth-paste distribution. Aligned with the nozzle are permanent lid adapted to close nozzle orifice and brought into operation by means of manipulator and pressure head to be forced in piston movement direction. Rotary trunnion connection is formed between lid and outlet nozzle. Support unit of slot/rotary trunnion member between the body and the lid is created so that as lid moves in partly opened position rotary trunnion is displaced by outlet nozzle movement due to resting thereof on support arranged from body side in pressure head forcing direction.

EFFECT: simplified structure and increased operational convenience.
