SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to a distribution device for paste-like to fluid substances, filling a stable shape volume. At least half of the volume consists of a sack, eversible during evacuation from the side of the mouth-end to the other half of the volume. The device has a construction which is simpler and reliable during operation, in which the sack is reversed as result of lowering of pressure of evacuation, formed by the mouth-end pump, i.e. in the direction of the pump of the free space, of the corresponding value.
