FIELD: packages, particularly cake or biscuit packages.
SUBSTANCE: packaging box comprises members for cake protection against damage. Packaging box has plastic bottom made as support surface with projections extending inwards and outwards with respect to box interior. Projections define bottom rigidity outlines arranged in support surface plane about bottom axis passing through center of bottom gravity and transversal to bottom plane. The projections are grouped in periodic structural units along each rigidity outline. Each structural unit of rigidity outline is combined of two structural members selected from universal structural member set. Structural members include at least one inner projection, at least one outer projection and at least one support surface section arranged between the nearest projections of one rigidity outline. Boundaries between structural members of one rigidity outline are shifted from that of another rigidity outline, which is the nearest to said one.
EFFECT: improved cake protection as cake box is lifted by box side engagement.
