FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of rubber mixture formulation that provides preparing rubbers exerting enhanced heat stability, resistance against multiple deformations and resistance against tearing. Method involves preparing a vulcanized rubber mixture comprising carbo-chain rubber, vulcanizing agent, vulcanization accelerating agent, stearic acid, zinc oxide and technical carbon. As a vulcanizing agent the mixture comprises finely divided waste from sulfuric acid manufacture containing 80% free sulfur, not less, and added to the mixture in the amount 1.8-2.2 mas. p. per 100 mas. p. of rubber as measured for free sulfur. Invention provides preparing rubbers possessing the enhanced heat stability, resistance against effect of multiple deformations and resistance against tearing. Except for, invention provides reducing the environment pollution and to solve the problem for using one of waste that now is not utilized and removed.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of mixture.
