FIELD: oil and fat industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves milling and extraction of vegetable raw. Vegetable oil is used as an extractant that is added by spraying and uniform distribution on surface of vegetable raw. The ratio of extract to raw = (1:0.5)-(1:0.67). The depleted raw is milled and extract is squeezed out under pressure value 50-85 kH/cm2 and at the loading rate value 0.1-1.2 kH/cm. Invention provides increasing yield of extract and reducing time for its preparing.
EFFECT: improved preparing method of oily extracts.
