SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining a plant extract is characterized by the following: it includes grinding dry plant materials selected from sea buckthorn leaves and chamomile flowers to a particle size of 300–500 microns, extraction, which is carried out in two stages: in the first stage, liquefied CO2 compressed to 50–70 MPa at a temperature of 45–50°C for 100–110 minutes, followed by separation of the miscella in a separator to obtain a thick extract containing fat-soluble components and meal; at the second stage, the meal obtained after the first stage is dried and extracted with water at a hydromodulus of 1:5–1:7 in an extractor using vacuum-pulse modes at a temperature of 45–50°C for 25–35 minutes to obtain an extract containing water-soluble components, which is filtered, concentrated in a concentrator equipped with a stirrer at a temperature of 35–40°C for 50–70 minutes until the dry matter content is 60–70%.
EFFECT: method described above is energy- and resource-saving, ensures an increase in the yield of extractives, a reduction in the duration of the technological process and high quality of the finished product.
