FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for production of oil extracts from vegetable raw materials involves raw materials drying, milling, moistening with a solvent, grinding the moistened raw materials, extraction with vegetable oil or animal fat and separation of oil extract from the solid phase. The raw material drying is performed in an infrared drier; milling is performed till particles size is 100-200 mcm; for moistening one uses a solvent represented by 40° ethyl alcohol or 10% extract of vegetable raw materials based on ethyl alcohol with a concentration no less than 40°, the moistened raw materials grinding is performed during 15 minutes at a ratio of the solvent to the raw materials 1:10, extraction with vegetable oil or animal fat is performed in an ultrasonic device at a 37 KHz frequency, at a temperature of 50-55°C during 3 hours at a ratio of raw materials to extragent =1:5, oil extract is separated from the solid phase by centrifugation.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the time of extraction to preserve the biologically active substances extracted from the raw materials.
