SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the composition of cast iron. The cast iron in question contains the components in the following ratio, weight%: carbon 1.5-2.0; silicon 1.0-1.5; manganese 18.0-23.0; aluminum 0.1-0.3; calcium 0.005-0.01; nickel 0.1-0.2; vanadium 0.5-1.0; zirconium 0.1-0.2; boron 0.01-0.03; antimony 0.003-0.005; iron - the rest. The innovation provides increased abrasion resistance of the cast iron.
EFFECT: increased thermal shock resistance.
