FIELD: washing equipment and foam removal process.
SUBSTANCE: method involves detecting generation of foam during washing cycle and removing foam by adjusting its activity; during detecting of foam generation, performing primary detection of foam generation by determining whether or not torque of electric engine of washing machine has been reduced below predetermined level during washing cycle, this allowing foam generation to be detected in case torque of electric engine has been reduced below predetermined level; providing secondary detection of foam generation by performing drainage operation after termination of washing cycle, this allowing foam generation to be detected in case water does not reach drainage process termination level during predetermined drainage time. Washing machine has electric engine, drainage apparatus, electric current sensor designed to determine changing of torque of electric engine during washing cycle, and controller designed for determining whether or not torque of electric engine has been reduced below predetermined level. This results in interruption of washing cycle and initiation of drainage operation to thereby detect foam generation.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in detecting of foam generation and removing foam.
