FIELD: thermo-electric tool-making industry, in particular, air cooling conditioner designs.

SUBSTANCE: thermo-electric conditioner contains thermo-electric battery, heat exchanger for air flow and running heat exchanger for stream of heat-draining liquid. Thermo-electric battery consists of two columns, formed by alternating branches, manufactured respectively of n-type and p-type semiconductor, serially connected in electric circuit by two types of commutation plates, representing rectangular contact areas with ribbing. Ribbing of some plates is positioned inside running heat exchanger along the flow of heat-draining liquid perpendicularly to contact area surface and represents mutually parallel thing rectangular metallic plates, and ribbing of other ones is positioned outside the flow of cooled or heated air, in one plane with contact area, and made in form of mutually parallel thin metallic plates in form of half a disk. Commutation plates with ribbing, positioned inside running heat exchanger along the flow of heat-draining liquid, are common for both columns constituting thermo-electric battery, and channel of running heat exchanger is between these columns and disconnected from the latter by thermo-isolation layer.

EFFECT: increased reliability of device, increased thermodynamic efficiency of heat exchanger due to optimal usage of heat exchanging area.
