FIELD: medicine, hematology, oncology.
SUBSTANCE: before carrying out chemotherapy it is necessary to isolate lymphocytes out of venous blood of patients and then due to bioluminescent technique one should detect the activity of two dehydrogenases - glucoso-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDG) and NADP-dependent decarboxylating malate dehydrogenase (NADPMDG), and in combination of the activity of G6PDG ranged 10.02-32.74 mcU and NADPMDG ranged 8.29-15.37 mcU it is possible to predict the development of infectious complications, and at combination of the activity of G6PDG ranged 0.01-4.45 mcU and NADPMDG ranged 0.01-3.21 mcU it is possible to predict the absence of complications. The combination of the activity of G6PDG ranged 4.46-10.01 mcU and NADPMDG ranged 3.22-8.28 mcU is characteristic for healthy persons only. The present high-sensitive innovation enables to accurately predict the development of infectious complications after chemotherapy in patients with acute leukosis and provide the chance to correct the plan and the tactics for treating this category of patients before chemotherapy and affect positively the result of the disease in question.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
