SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to sample blood from peripheral vein, detect the content of soluble forms of the molecules of the main complex of histocompatibility class I (sHLA-I) and interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) in blood serum with the help of solid-phase immunoenzymatic assay. At simultaneous increase of sHLA-I level being above 1300 c.u./ml and IFN-γ - above 40 pg/ml one should conclude upon rapidly progressing disease flow. The innovation enables to increase specificity and accuracy in evaluating the character of the flow of degenerative-dystrophic pathology of hip joint.
