SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to study a patient's peripheral blood before the operation. The cells of peripheral blood should be incubated and the supernatants obtained one should detect the level of interleukin-1 (IL-1) and lipopolysaccharide-stimulated interleukin-1 (LPS IL-1). Then according to the ratio of IL-1 stimulated production against its spontaneous level one should detect the index of stimulation. At its value being below 1.2 one should predict complicated flow of post-surgical period, in other cases the prediction is considered to be favorable.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of prediction.
