FIELD: measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises splitting the spectrum of the output signal into N+1 same frequency bands, measuring reference amplification factor in the reference frequency band, measuring band amplification factors in N frequency bands, determining N differences of the band amplification factors and the reference band frequency amplification factor, and determining root-mean-square value of the reference amplification factor. The device comprises unit for measuring reference amplification factor, unit for measuring band amplification factors, and functional converter whose output represents the output of the device.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
