FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises C-shaped actuating member made of magnetostrictive materials having different signs of magnetostriction, three control winding connected in series, and throttle. When current passes through the control winding, the sizes of half-branches of the actuating member connected with the housing of the controlled throttle change thus causing the corresponding change in the cross-section of the working passage. The current in the windings generated by the electronic control unit.
