FIELD: possible use in automatic systems for controlling hydraulic drive of machines and specialized equipment.
SUBSTANCE: flow regulator contains rod executive element, coaxially held in tubular executive element, which constitute the working hollow. Executive elements are made of magnetostrictive materials with different magnetostriction sings, one ends of which are rigidly restrained in the body and form input apertures for passage of liquid into working hollow, and free ends of executive elements constitute a slit for outlet of liquid from working hollow. Across whole surface of tubular executive element, control winding is evenly fastened, which is connected to contacts of control block.
EFFECT: increased precision and increased reliability of regulation.
