SUBSTANCE: system for interactive video surveillance and transmission of underground railway train telemetry in real time mode contains, at least, one operation station, which includes basic computer with display and keyboard and at least one receiver-transmitter, wireless input-output of which is meant for receiving and transmitting information from underground railway trains, head and tail cars of trains contain computer, recorder and receiver-transmitter, and in each train car at least two video surveillance cameras are mounted, on side walls of cars "passenger to train driver" intercoms are installed, made in anti-vandalism realization, a camera for transmitting image of passengers having called the train driver and observation of train passengers is built into intercom, all cameras and intercoms are connected to recorders installed in head and tail cars, recorded images and conversations by means of wireless communications, such as radio communications, are transferred through emitting cable positioned in underground railway tunnels to operation station.

EFFECT: increased safety.
