System includes the following units: a personal video surveillance camera, a personal subscriber terminal with a monitor, a GPS / GNSS satellite navigation signal receiver with a date, time and location data computer, a control panel, facilities of wireless communication with a traffic controller and/or engine-driver, a dispatch terminal with a monitor, control panel, video and audio recorder and wireless communication facilities and also an additional terminal on a mobile object with a monitor, remote control, video and audio recorder and wireless communication facilities. The personal video surveillance camera is fixed to the employee’s head-dress. From the video surveillance camera, the image of the working area is transmitted to the personal subscriber terminal, and information about the image, coordinates, date, time and personal data of the user is transmitted from the subscriber terminal to the dispatch terminal and / or to the additional terminal of the mobile object via a wireless communication channel.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and labor safety is achieved by means of personal remote monitoring of the employee’s activities.
