System for remote monitoring and recording of technological operations includes a personal video surveillance camera fixed on the head hood, personal user terminal of the employee with a monitoring monitor, a control panel with a frame recording button and wireless communication means - LTE, Wi-Fi, WIMAX, GSMR, with a dispatcher and/or driver, a control terminal with a monitor, a console, a video and audio recorder and wireless communication means; additional terminal on a mobile object, for example, a locomotive, with a monitor, a panel, a video and audio recorder and wireless communication means.
EFFECT: enabling possibility of registration and remote monitoring of quality of technological operations.
