SUBSTANCE: proposed current transformer designed for installation in oil-switch has at least one toroidal core attached to oil switch case. Dry-type toroidal-core transformer is disposed outside on high-voltage bushing of switch and attached to base of the latter.

EFFECT: facilitated maintenance, enhanced accuracy class affording reliable information about commercial-frequency alternating-current installations.
