COMBINED HIGH VOLTAGE TEST TRANSFORMER Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC H01F38/36 G01R31/62

Abstract RU 2794411 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to test high-voltage electrical equipment, in particular power transformers, as well as current and voltage transformers. A combined high voltage test transformer contains a cylindrical body with a base filled with an insulating medium, inside of which a magnetic circuit with primary and secondary windings and a capacitor are placed. The capacitor is made of three electrodes. The primary low-voltage and secondary high-voltage windings of the transformer are located on a rectangular magnetic circuit, fixed to the base with a bracket and covered by electrostatic screens covering the side and end surfaces of the high voltage windings wound over the low voltage windings. In the upper part of the housing, a cover is hermetically fixed, on which the insulator is attached. Inside the insulator, one of the plates of a three-electrode capacitor is installed, made in the form of a high-voltage rod, which is attached to the high-voltage screen with bolts by the upper part. The other capacitor plate is a grounded input screen connected to the cover by welding. The third capacitor plate is an additional screen, consisting of a cylindrical and flanged part, fixed on an insulating washer, which is screwed to the cover. There is a sealed connector for taking measurements from the additional screen and a contact that provides connection between the sealed connector and the additional screen.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation by reducing the influence of external electromagnetic fields and reduced weight and size characteristics.
