SUBSTANCE: data being transferred, appearing in a frame, are concentrated in a packet, where ratio of frame length to packet duration characterizes achieved degree of compression, while different and strictly ranked compression degrees may be realized. Continuous transmission may be realized with very high speeds of useful signal data transmission, where full length of frame may be used a packet, but, on the other side, in case of given useful signals at low transmission speed only a part of frame is used.
EFFECT: high flexibility of system is ensured due to creation of frame structure, where useful information transferred in a frame is compressed in packets.
