SUBSTANCE: methods and a device are claimed for facilitating inter-system transfer of service of transmissions of a mobile station between at least one base station of first type communication system and at least one base station of second type communication system. In base station of first type communication system it is determined, that service transfer conditions are fulfilled, and message is transferred to base station of communication system of second type, where the message includes synchronization information concerning when to look for synchronization channel in case when a substantial shift is present in synchronization of second type communication system compared to synchronization of first type communication system.

EFFECT: ensured capacity for transferring service of a mobile station between base stations of various communication systems without interrupting communications.
