SUBSTANCE: mobile stations sends signals of multiple channels, including pilot-channel signal and at least signal of one information channel. Base station determines fitness of energy of signal transfer of check communication line in accordance to received energy of signal of pilot-channel of check communication line. Power of transfer of pilot signal is kept at level, where it was before frequency search sweep, while transfer energy is increased, of at least one other signal, sent by mobile station. Also, when mobile station can not increase energy of transfer of all signals, mobile station generated range of importance of different information signals and selectively increase power of transfer of these signals.
EFFECT: limited pause in service of mobile station.
