FIELD: farm crop irrigation equipment.
SUBSTANCE: sprinkler head had nozzle equipped with discharge opening closed with plate, three juxtaposed conical bowls positioned on said plate and having different angles of inclination of their generatrices. Pressure compensating mechanism fixed above upper conical bowl is formed as vertically mounted pin inserted into aperture provided through immovable holder equipped with bores and located on hollow tubular brackets. Lower part of vertical pin is provided with threaded portion onto which conical hollow deflector is threaded. Deflector has rigid base and conical guides made from plastic material. Corrugated hollow circular chamber positioned in axially aligned relation under holder is connected with its upper base to holder bores and with its lower base to conical hollow deflector. Wind compensating mechanism positioned on vertical pin is made in the form of two planks provided with flat petals-brattices and fixed perpendicular to pin. Vertical pin is joined to immovable holder through flat spiral spring. Sprinkler head of such construction allows constant flow rate and uniform droplet distribution to be maintained regardless of pressure value and wind speed.
EFFECT: improved irrigation quality, provision for avoiding of necessity for increasing irrigation time which might occur due to non-uniform irrigation, and reduced consumption of water.
