METHOD FOR QUANTITATIVE EVALUATION OF GENERAL BODY FATIGUE ACCORDING TO THE STATE OF THE SUPREME NEURAL ACTIVITY Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B5/00 A61B5/16

Abstract RU 2315548 C1

FIELD: medicine, functional diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to detect the duration of complicated visual-motor reaction, the state of mental efficiency by Krepelin's test, the error of reproducing a time period, the error of reproducing the distance. Then one should summarize three products: the duration of complicated visual-motor reaction multiplied by 0.162; the error of reproducing a time period multiplied by 0.550; the error of reproducing the distance multiplied by 1.887. after that one should subtract the value of mental efficiency multiplied by 4.902 out of the sum of three products in question. And out of the difference obtained it is necessary to subtract 11.817. The obtained quantitative value being below 5 should be evaluated as satisfactory state of body efficiency, at value from 5 points, inclusively to 37 - moderate state and at value from 37 points, inclusively up to 69 - average body fatigue, from 69 points, inclusively to 100 - body fatigue being above average level and from 100 points, inclusively and higher - as pronounced general body fatigue. Such diagnostics enables to simplify quantitative evaluation of general body fatigue according to the state of the supreme neural activity without applying any expensive equipment.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
