FIELD: medicine, functional diagnostics, physiology, hygiene of labor, sports medicine, professional pathology, valeology.
SUBSTANCE: one should detect electric retinal sensitivity in microamperes (mA), the duration of tuning fork's perception at sounding frequency being 128 Hz at air conductivity of hearing in seconds (sec), tactile sensitivity by Falkelt in points, the duration of complicated visual-motor reaction in milliseconds (msec), the state of mental efficiency by Krepelin's test of 15-sec-long duration in conditional units (c.u.), the error of reproducing a time period, its length being up to 10 sec in percentage against the declared duration of time period, the error of reproducing the distance ranged 15-30 cm in percentage against the declared distance, hemoglobin level in peripheral blood (g/l), the value of erythrocytic deformation (%), Kerdo's autonomic index (c.u.), the duration of nonenzymatic fibrinolysis (min). The value of electric retinal sensitivity should be multiplied by 0.136, the duration of tuning fork's perception should be multiplied by 0.5252, the duration of complicated visual-motor reaction should be multiplied by 0.059, the error of reproducing a time period should be multiplied by 0.2, the level of hemoglobin should be multiplied by 0.294, the error of reproducing the distance should be multiplied by 0.686, the value of erythrocytic deformation should be multiplied by 1.182 to summarize 7 products. The value of tactile sensitivity should be multiplied by 4.464, the value of mental efficiency should be multiplied by 1.789, the value of Kerdo's autonomic index should be multiplied by 0.292, the duration of nonenzymatic fibrinolysis should be multiplied by 0.133 to summarize 5 products; it is necessary to subtract the sum of 5 products out of the sum of 7 products. It is important to subtract 18.45 out of the obtained difference to obtain quantitative value of general body fatigue. The value being below 5 points should be evaluated as satisfactory state of body efficiency, from 5 points, inclusively to 37 - as moderate value of body fatigue, from 37 points, inclusively to 69 - average body fatigue, from 69 points, inclusively to 100 - body fatigue being above average value, from 100 points, inclusively and higher - pronounced general body fatigue. The innovation enables to quantitatively evaluate general body fatigue according to the state of wide range of parameters referring to different human body systems.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.
