FIELD: medicine, out-patient surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating patients with a tendinous ganglion, a hygroma, small-sized epidermal cysts located in sites with loose subcutaneous fiber, not fused with skin that require surgical therapy. Above the tumor one should fulfill a skin paracentesis and through it with a curved spatula one should remove the tumor out of surrounding tissues, then with the help of a hook a tumor wall should be captured and tightened outwards and after removing the content of the tumor a capsule should be extracted into the wound to be then removed that enables to avoid open surgical interference and, thus, prolonged terms of rehabilitation and forming a cosmetic defect in future as a cicatrix on the site of the tumor removed.
