FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to microsurgery, and is intended for surgical treatment of defects of palmar tendons. Arch-shaped cuts are made over defect projection. Skin is separated. Cyst is excised. In area of cyst exision membrane transplant "Alloplant" is imposed and fixed. Then free ends of palmar aponeurosis are fixed thereon.
EFFECT: restoration of tendon structure, prevention of cicatricial connective tissue formation, reliable fixation, elimination of post-operative complications and reduction of treatment terms.
