Lysinoton is administered at a dose of 20 mg once a day and Tanacan at a dose of 40 mg 3 times a day when taking meals during 3 weeks, if mean systolic blood pressure≥140 mm of mercury column, mean diastolic blood pressure≥90 mm of mercury column and retinal blood vessel size ratio changes as A:B=1:4 and retinal disks obliteration takes place.
