FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out general electroretinographic examination, measuring retina sensitivity threshold and optic nerve electric lability threshold. Electroencephalographic examination is carried out with all wave group frequency and amplitude being determined and maximum electric brain cortex activity focus being localized. Endonasal Cortexine electrophoresis is primarily carried out is electrophoretic values being lower when compared to norm, using electric current intensity of 0.2 mA increasing it step-by-step to 0.5 mA. Treatment duration is 10-20 min. Then, optic nerve and retina electric stimulation is carried out using ESOM apparatus. Active electrode is fixed on upper eyelid skin, the indifferent one is fixed on left hand skin. Stimulation mode is set one and a half - two times as high as initial electric retina sensitivity threshold. The stimulation mode is reduced in the course of its reduction. The total treatment course is 1020 procedures long. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 tbl
