FIELD: chemical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: reacting-regenerating unit comprises reactor (1). Gas hydrocarbon and heated dispersed solid phase are supplied to the reactor. The exhaust dispersed solid phase is removed from reactor (1), flows through batcher (2), and enters regenerator (3) through branch pipe (4). Due to the high temperature, the particles of solid dispersed phase inside regenerator (3) ignite combustible gas-air mixture that is supplied to regenerator (3) through branch pipe (5). The regenerated dispersed solid phase and gas combustible products enter separator (6) and subsequent to the separation the combustion products are removed from the system through branch pipe (7), and regenerated dispersed solid phase is returned to reactor (1).
EFFECT: simplified design and reduced power consumptions.
