FIELD: machine engineering, namely manufacturing of machines with assembled units having cylindrical movable joints.
SUBSTANCE: assembling comprises steps of mutual orientation of female and male parts; marking out surfaces of said parts and working them. Mutual orientation of female and male parts is realized due to determining rotation angle between said two parts corresponding to maximum time period of joint useful life, applying marks and rotating by said angle of male part relative to female part. Surface marking out process of both parts is realized due to aligning symmetry axis of key slot of male part and related to it surfaces of female part with mark of male part. Surface working of male and female parts is realized due to forming key slot on male part and working surfaces of female part. Then cylindrical joint in the form of male movable part with key slot and female stationary part where key is placed is assembled.
EFFECT: increased time period of functioning of cylindrical movable joint.
