FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: deviation from roundness is measured and analyzed at least in four cross-sections uniformly arranged along the axis of parts. Functions of the space between the surfaces to be mated, functions of wearing out and longevity are calculated for different possible combinations of deviations from roundness by the angle of rotation in the cross-sections of parts. Marks are applied to the parts and the parts are joined when the angular shifting of the marks is so that maximum longevity should be provided. EFFECT: simplified method. 7 dwg
