ELECTRIC MOTOR OF SUBMERSIBLE INSTALLATION FOR PRODUCTION OF FORMATION FLUID AND METHOD OF ITS MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBLY Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC F04D13/00 H02K9/19

Abstract RU 2815180 C1

FIELD: oil and gas machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to submersible oil-filled electric motors, and can be used in oilfield equipment, intended for drilling, oil and gas production, as well as repair of wells. Said technical result is achieved by the fact that the electric motor of the submersible installation for production of formation fluid includes a stator, a housing, a shaft made from a solid bar with a key slot, which are installed on the shaft: key, impeller, bearings, driving washers of which have through holes, rotor parts, support rings, between the shaft and the rotor parts there are made underwater channels connecting the impeller and through holes in the driving washers, underwater channels are located relative to each other through an angle equal to ratio of 360/n, where n is the number of channels, the key slot is made between underwater channels at a distance from the nearest channel greater than the width of the key slot. Method for manufacturing and assembling an electric motor of a submersible installation for extracting formation fluid, including installation on the shaft of a key, support rings, a package of rotor parts between support rings, installation of a rotor in a housing with a stator, in addition to the key slot between the shaft and the parts installed on it, additional slots are made, which form underwater channels, on the shaft, between the support rings, a compensating element is installed, the dimensions of the mating rotor parts have a tolerance, providing value of axial and radial gaps between parts forming flow part of channels, not more than 30 % of channels area.

EFFECT: increase in the device manufacturability due to the design simplification, efficiency and reliability, due to the rotor unbalance reduction, reduction of leaks in the oil circulation channels, improved manufacturability of channels in the rotor, which can be made not only by cutting grooves on the shaft, but also in rotor parts.
