FIELD: weaponry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket fuel production processes. The proposed method of producing the ballistic rocket fuel auxiliary charge comprises mixing previously mentioned rocket fuel components to obtain fuel mass, its milling, forming the ballistic rocket fuel grain by extruding through a funnel-type diffuser-confuser extruder. Then the extruded grain is tempered and mechanically processed, its surface being degreased and coated with a binder-armoring layer without filler. Now the grain is subjected to armoring on revolving it and winding up an armoring material impregnated with a binder-armoring compound thereon, layer-by-layer. Finally the said armoring coat is hardened and its surface is mechanically processed.
EFFECT: higher holding power between armoring coat with ballistic rocket fuel charge.
