FIELD: measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: method of determination of changes in stress-deformed state of Earth's crust relates to area of research of geological and deformation processes by methods of hydro-geodynamics; it can be used in seismic prospecting. To use higher strain sensitivity of permeability of rocks comparing to their volumetric deformations, it is offered to compare time rows of synchronous hour-by-hour measurements of atmospheric pressure and water levels in wells within area under control and changes in stress-deformed state of stress-deformed state of Earth's crust can be judged from changes in functions of water levels response for barometric variations. Following steps are offered: 1) harmonic analysis in sliding time window with width of 1 month and with step of 1 day of time rows of hour-by-hour synchronous observations of atmospheric pressure and of water level in each well; 2) extraction of stable harmonics during viewing of atmospheric pressure; 3) extraction of coherent harmonics in viewings of water levels in each well; 4) determination of relative response amplitudes and delay times of response on base of comparison of amplitudes and phases of found coherent harmonics as ell as comparison of their time rows with daily digitization for each well; 5) extraction of half-month and monthly tide harmonics in achieved time rows; 6) comparison of the data with achieved theoretical half-month and monthly tide waves in deformations Mf and Mm (to measure strain sensitivity of relative amplitude of response and delay time of response); 7) measurement of changes in state of Earth's crust on base current values of relative amplitudes of response and time delays of response.
EFFECT: improved truth of data of piezometric observations for evaluation of seismic danger.
